Shilpa Bhandari

Services Account Executive Director & Head Americas, Banking & Capital Markets at Dell Services

Shilpa currently heads Dell Services Applications and BPO business for Banking & Capital Markets, Americas. She leads a team focused on mining existing accounts as well as generating net new business.

In her career, she has successfully performed diverse roles across Client Engagement, Business Strategy, Technology Products Sales, Account Management, Professional Services Sales and Strategic Account Management in global markets spanning US, Japan and India.

Prior to her current role, she was the Global Client Executive managing relationship with one of the largest financial institutions working across LOBs of Institutional and Retail/Consumer bank globally.

She has also lead Business Strategy and Planning function for Wipro's Global Sales and Operations organization across NA, Europe, APAC, LATAM and Japan.

As the Director of Client Engagement for Infocrossing, she was the Group Client Partner responsible for managing and growing Infocrossing's top 10% clients, incubated 100Mn+ TCV deals by proactive engagement and positioning end to end capabilities.

As the Regional Practice Manager for Technology Infrastructure Services she was responsible for building a region >$40Mn in revenues, tripling its revenues in 3 years.

Her experience is rich across multiple large, global IT outsourcing deals right from their inception through transition and ongoing delivery phase.

Shilpa has been nominated for various leadership training programs and awards.

Shilpa has also been North America Leader for Diversity & Inclusiveness initiative of Wipro as well as member of Core Employee Advocacy Group.

She was also selected by Harvard Business School’s Program for Leadership Development which she completed in June 2008. In 2010, she also completed Changing the Game - Negotiations & Competitive Decision Making Program from HBS.
