Gunnar Trumbull is a Professor at the Harvard Business School, where he teaches in the Business, Government, and the International Economy area. Trumbull graduated from Harvard College in 1991 and earned a Ph.D. in political science from M.I.T. in 2000. He joined the Harvard Business School faculty in 2001, where his research focuses on European political economy.

Joy is the co-founder of Fetchr, a Silicon-Valley backed Technology Company based in Dubai aimed at solving the "no-address" problem hindering growth in emerging markets. Fetchr uses patented technology allowing people to use their mobile phone's GPS location as their address. Fetchr is the first start-up in the Middle East to be funded by a top venture capital firm in Silicon Valley. Joy, on behalf of Fetchr, was on the cover of Forbes Magazine in the Middle East, which named Fetchr #1 startup in the region. On arrival at Dubai International Airport, if you have not pre-booked a hotel transfer, use the Dubai Taxi Service as you exit. Drivers are knowledgeable and your transfer should take approximately twenty minutes.
For visitors that are comfortable using the new Dubai Metro Service – our closest stations are Burj Khalifa or Financial Centre.
From either metro station we recommend you use a taxi to reach the hotel if travelling with luggage. It is a five-minute journey by car and a twenty-minute walk.
We can provide airport transfers between Dubai International Airport, Terminals 1&3 and the hotel. Please request this service when making your reservation.
