About the Global HBS PLD Summit

For the seventh consecutive year, the global community of graduates of the HBS PLD program, the Harvard Business School's Executive MBA alternative, will gather for the Global HBS PLD Summit.

You will enjoy inspiring lectures from HBS faculty and industry speakers, exchange ideas in breakout sessions, reunite with your classmates and network with new members of our growing, dynamic and global community. The experience does not have to stop there, many PLDers will plan post-Summit weekend activities. We look forward to seeing you in Dubai!

Summit Theme:
Leadership Across Borders

The world is an increasingly complex, interdependent and interconnected organism. Our ability to manage effectively is ever more relevant: Internally, we need to motivate and lead diverse teams, face difficult situations without compromising our integrity and work across cultural boundaries. Externally, we have to face the disruption represented by complex social, technological and political changes.

All this, while under pressure from increasing costs, the need to improve productivity and the requirement to foster growth.Prepare to discuss how leadership style must evolve in our challenging times. Have a conversation about the global opportunities and risks to reaching the next level of success. Join us in exploring “Leadership Across Borders”!
